Whether it's through writing, designing or healing practices, all the while preparing the ground for planting seeds to cultivate a healthy, vibrant and self-sustaining community!
I am a visionary, a creative soul with a love for transformation - of spaces, objects, and the self; on a healing journey of learning, relearning and unlearning. Blending ancestral wisdom and modern sustainability with dreams for the future; it's been a long winding road to trod, majority of the way, filled with Macca (thorns); however it has been deeply meaningful.

It’s a safe space for women of all ages, but in particular those over 40, who’ve spent most, if not all of their lives caring for everyone else but themselves and are now ready to change that! I know what it means to survive generational trauma, navigate many transitions towards transformation, and finally reaching a stage in my life where I’m ready to thrive.
Together, we’ll explore creativity, nature, and the courage it takes to start anew. My passion lies in empowering ourselves through storytelling, natural healing and building; collaboratively discovering what it takes to establish and live a self-sustaining and fulfilling life.

My Journey of Journalling
I continued to walk this arduous path of self-discovery and service, navigating through the wilderness with no map, no internet, lacking support, very little money but a powerful inTENTion. Transitioning from delivering creative recycling workshops, establishing gardens, to living in many different communities and writing (2) memoirs. empowering women and girls along the way while honouring our Mother Earth. My story has been a patchwork of resilience; of trials, tribulations, and trauma covering miles of momentous movement.
Here is where I really get to stitch the pieces together. Only Divine Spirit knows how this body of work will unfold as I take…One brave step at a time…
